Manifestazioni della Quintana: CENA GRANDE. Fiest of the Quintana. The Grand Dinner. Event that opens the medieval games of La Giostra della Quintana of June. From 20.30 onwards, Palazzo Trinci will be illuminated by a thousand torches that will illuminate the spring night, eight hundred guests will taste the dishes prepared by a great chef, one hundred and fifty waiters will assist the participants, while on the scene spectacular and musical shows will interlace as befits the baroque custom.
