The rates for the suites include taxes and breakfast. The suites are equipped with a kitchenette located within a closet made of rich would following the Umbrian style. The use of the kitchenette is free. Fresh daily linen is free. Fresh daily linen and daily cleaning are included.
At clients disposal:
-Free entry to the Spa, with previous purchase of the Wellness Kit (€10/person) and reservation 4 hours before hand.
-Free use of Mountain-bike for men, women and children.
-Free High-speed internet connection within the Suites.
-Free satellite TV.
-Free SKY Channels and pay per view channels.

Half Board:
A € 25 supplement per person. Drinks are included.
The restaurant is situaded in the historic center of Bevagna, only 300m away from our Residenza. Reservation is required one day in advance.
Therefor for those who choose half pension should on the day of arrival communicate ahead of time the time of their reservation for lunch/dinner.
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours before the date of arrival before noon. If cancellation occurs after 48 hours the first night will be charged as penalty. For reservations a credit card is required or a bank transfer. |
